Return Policy
All orders will receive shipping details and an estimated delivery timeframe. Please contact us if your order is damaged, however My Beaded Plant takes no responsibility for damage that may occur during transit. All items will be securely packed in approved postal boxes and all care will be taken to ensure they will arrive undamaged.
If you believe the item is faulty, and you require a refund or a replacement, information in relation to the fault, along with photos showing the fault, can be emailed through to maria@mybeadedplant.com.au. The customer is responsible for return postage if an exchange is required, and a return address will be provided at that time. Exchanges or refunds are not available for change of mind.
The customer is responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply. My Beaded Plant is not responsible for delays in shipping, especially at busy times of the year.
